Refund Policy for Neon Classes

Thank you for choosing Neon Classes! We want to ensure you have a satisfactory experience with our products. Below is our refund policy for your reference:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • We offer refunds for purchases made directly through our Shopify store within 30 days of the purchase date.
    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Classes that have already been attended or partially attended are not eligible for a refund.
    • Any downloadable or digital products are also non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

  3. Refund Process:

    •  with your order details and reason for the refund request.
    • Once your request is received and approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  4. Refund Exceptions:

    • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item is returned in a condition that indicates it has been used or damaged.
    • Refunds may not be granted for items purchased during promotional events or sales unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  5. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you wish to cancel a class booking, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time to receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time may not be eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
